2. Services
FORWARDILOP SOLUTIONS SL provides digital technology services including, but not limited to, custom website development, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, SEO and digital marketing, UI/UX design, API and backend development, cloud and hosting services, and IT consulting. All services are delivered digitally and do not involve physical products.
3. Order Process
Placing an order through our website constitutes an expression of interest. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you via the email address provided to confirm all project details, scope, timeline, and payment arrangements. A binding contract is formed only upon written confirmation from FORWARDILOP SOLUTIONS SL and receipt of any agreed deposit or payment.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices listed on our website are indicative starting prices in Euros (€). Final pricing is agreed upon in writing before work commences. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and milestone payments, will be specified in the project agreement. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. FORWARDILOP SOLUTIONS SL retains the right to use completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All third-party tools, frameworks, and libraries remain subject to their respective licences.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
FORWARDILOP SOLUTIONS SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms are specified in the individual project agreement. In general, work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced. Deposits are non-refundable unless FORWARDILOP SOLUTIONS SL is unable to commence the agreed work.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
10. Changes to Terms
FORWARDILOP SOLUTIONS SL reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
